Samsung Mobiles is launching GALAXY GRAND – yet another smart phone catering to a category of people not willing to empty their pockets as much as S3 or Note-2 but, still are looking forward to a much-better hardware configuration that includes Dual-SIM functionality compared to the medium range handsets.

This launch will mark yet another success for the company in a segment that’s ruled by them in last couple of years.

I and my friend were discussing yesterday and he said, Samsung has no real competitor in the Indian market. And why not! With so many smartphones and tables poured into the market to fit each individual’s need or budget – they deserve their complete share… don’t they?

Samsung Galaxy GRAND will definitely have a price tag of way below Samsung Galaxy S3 and might just fit in around Galaxy S2 price range of 22k to 25k.

Samsung Galaxy Grand will feature Hybrid DUAL-SIM, 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor, Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), 1GB RAM, 5” TFT LCD, 8MP camera with zero shutter lag, 1080p HD Recording, 2MP front camera, FM Radio, Bluetooth 4, DLNA for wireless streaming of media on supported devices, 8GB internal storage with expandable microSD support up to 64GB.
