This policy explains what information TechZoom (techzoom.org) collects when you visit, how it’s used, and the choices you have. TechZoom is run by Tushar Tajane, city, India. Contact: [email protected].
Information we collect
- Comments. If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address and website you enter, the comment, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, to display the comment and help detect spam.
Contact form and email. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to reply. - Server logs. Our host and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, process IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and block attacks.
- Analytics. If you use Google Analytics or another analytics tool, say so here: We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
Advertising and cookies
TechZoom shows ads served by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though ads may be less relevant.
How we use information
To run and secure the site, display and moderate comments, reply to messages, understand which articles are useful, and show ads. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Comments and their metadata are kept while the comment is published. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your message. Analytics data is kept for the period set in your analytics tool, for example 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, such as your comments, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the EU GDPR may give you further rights, and we will respond to requests as those laws require.
Children
TechZoom is written for a general audience and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
