TechZoom publishes practical guides to the phones, laptops, apps and online services people use every day, written for readers in India and anywhere else the same problems come up.
We write the article we wished existed when something went wrong on our own devices: what the problem actually is, which fixes work and in what order, and what to ignore. When Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft or an Indian service such as UPI, Aadhaar or IRCTC changes something, we explain what it means for the people affected rather than repeating the announcement.
Who writes TechZoom
TechZoom is written and edited by Tushar Tajane, who started the site in 2010. Tushar has worked in Design. Web development, IT support, eCommerce for 20+ years and has written about consumer technology since 2010.
Before a how-to guide goes live, its steps are tried on the devices you actually use, for example: an iPhone 16, a Samsung Galaxy S24, a Windows 11 laptop and a MacBook Air. When we can’t test something ourselves, the article says so and links to the official instructions.
